Mo Marienthal understands that the process of buying or selling a home often involves maintaining a sensitive balance between sentiment and business transaction. Mo recognizes the value of active listening in the real estate process—through listening and gaining understanding, a broker and client can find much success together, whether the goal is to sell, purchase or rent both primary and investment properties. She has organically fostered this superior approach to client service as an extension of her previous professional experience in the counseling world after earning a master's degree in counseling. Mo guides her clients step-by-step through the buying and/or selling process to ensure that they are prepared and informed from start to finish and beyond. She responds promptly to each and every client request because she knows that once someone has made a decision, they want things to move quickly, smoothly and have their needs be the top priority.

Prior to beginning her career in real estate, Mo served as a top leader in a network marketing business for ten years, which has given her an in-depth understanding of the power of social media, now one of the most valuable channels for buying and selling homes. Her extensive social media knowledge enables her buyers to access homes pre-market, and on the sell-side, helps to drive exposure and awareness of her listings even before they become public. Her social media network reach and ability to make connections are unparalleled and have made her the team resident social media expert.

In addition to bringing her listening ear, excellent interpersonal communication skills and desire to help others to every transaction, having lived in the Northwest suburbs her whole life, Mo has extensive, thorough knowledge and expertise of the schools and communities, and is always ready to fire off her list of favorite local restaurants, shopping and activities.

Anne is a 30-year Barrington native with a deep understanding of each neighborhood in Barrington and surrounding communities. She loves sharing the background of the Barrington Area and each of its unique neighborhoods with her clients as they comb through looking for their next place to call home. There are things you can only know about a town over time and with three decades of Barrington residency under her belt, it's easy for her to listen to her client's needs and be able to navigate them successfully to their dream home.

With a background in home staging and outside sales, Anne is able to provide exceptional service from the start of a real estate transaction to the finish line. Her clients would describe her as patient, diligent and insightful with a particular focus on ensuring her clients' satisfaction at the closing table. Anne's goal is always to make sure her clients receive the time and care that it takes to find the perfect property and she looks forward to doing the same for you!
