Kate is all those things and more. We chose Kate because we had first-hand experience with her when she was working on another team. She was so vibrant with her approach, but soon after we launched our home on the market, she left the team to start her own practice which we were so happy for her! The performance, dedication and strategy went pretty downhill once she left the team, just not a lot of care for our sale of the home, more just waiting around for people to come to them with interest. So once we were done with our 6-month contract with no reasonable offers, we ended our agreement with the previous team and reached out to Kate. She absolutely killed it, was always so hungry, continually pushing new ideas to keep the house fresh to the market. She kept super positive with every showing and was very detailed when she showed the home. In the first 2 weeks she showed more than the previous team did in 6 months! We used Kate to find our next home in Barrington. She was patient, quick to respond, data-oriented, and kept the home search process fun. Kate was amazing to work with. I happened to be out of town when my dream condo went on the market...if you’re looking for a home right now, you know that good properties get snatched up quickly. Kate volunteered to go look at it for me and send videos of the unit. I put in an offer, at a price I was comfortable with, based on Kate’s recommendation and was under contract that same night!!! Kate referred me to the lender, lawyer and home inspector...they were all great too!! This was my first time buying a home on my own. Kate took what could have been a very scary process and made it easy. I had a million questions and Kate was super responsive. I felt very taken care of. I hope I don’t have to buy another home anytime soon, but if I did, I would 100% use Kate again!!

Simply put we would not have been able to secure our house had it not been for Kate. In this current environment, information and speed are critical and Kate delivered on both. She learned of a private listing prior to it going mainstream which gave us the opportunity to view the property early, essential time for us to get ahead of other potential buyers. Second, she is an excellent listener, taking our thoughts and concerns and translating them into practical advice, level setting our expectations while keeping the process moving. Given the current pace of the housing market, you may only get one shot and you need someone who can create a competitive advantage for you. We cannot recommend Kate enough!
